Please, make a booking :

STEP 1 : First, please select the apartment between the 1 bedroom apartment and the 3 bedroom apartment, check if it is still available at your dates and see the prices and booking conditions;

STEP 2 : Then, fill the following online reservation form in (see below) with all details required. We will send you an email back together with an attached pre-filled booking form, confirming the price (depending on options you choose) with details on handover procedures (how to book, to pay the deposit, the balance, payment methods, and so on). If the required stay is available, this is the fastest way to book the apartment.

STEP 3 : Send back by regular mail the pre-filled booking form (attached with our previous email) signed by yourself together with a copy of your ID passport and proceed to the booking deposit payment. Both documents can be scanned and sent by email (faster).

STEP 4 : Once we receive all documents and the booking deposit payment, we will send you by email :

a confirmation of receipt of your deposit and,
an invoice for the balance due and,
all the information you will need prior to your arrival (road map, brief description, and so on).

At this final step, the apartment is definitely booked.

Please note that the balance is due 8 weeks (2 months) before arrival. The final rental contract will be sent once we receive the balance payment.

A security deposit is also required as a warranty and can be paid together with the balance or upon your arrival (please see how to pay) . This deposit is refundable upon departure or 10 days later when the house is found in faultless condition.
