A one bedroom apartment (4-6 people) ****

Officially rated 4 stars **** tourist accommodation, this quiet 35 m2 apartment is newly renovated (in 2009) with a fully equipped american kitchen including refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, oven/grill, microwave and hotplates (4), and a separate bedroom (see photo 4), a lovely bathroom and a main room with TV (TNT channels) and WIFI high speed Internet connection (see photo 1 & 3). The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and hand basin. A full-size double bed, 2 single beds (bunk beds) and a fold out sofa caters for up to 4 people comfortably (max 6 people), making it ideal for young couples or families. All the apartment has a cool temperature all year long (specially in summer) because of the air-conditioning. A WIFI Internet connection can be provided on demand (password required). The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the townhouse so it cannot offer a terrace or balcony. Everything you can need (shops, restaurants, pubs, museum, sandy beaches, yacht marina, etc.) is very close at hands, just a few seconds from the apartment. A car is not needed ! If you arrive by car, we can let you park your car in a very close public carpark for an additional charge. It is strongly recommended in summer because of very less parking free places. Take your time, feel relax and have fun. Please walk into authentic and charming pedestrian streets, taste fresh food from the Provençal daily market and enjoy your stay with your family.

"The apartment is very well located in the old town of Antibes within less than 5-minutes' walk to the beach, market, shops and the railway station. Although it is next to the restaurant area, thanks to its situation in a quite side street you don't really hear a lot of noise. The apartment is very clean and all the kitchen equipment is in a very good condition. The owner made us feel very welcome and most kindly offered to take us from and to the Nice airport. Overall, we spent wonderful two weeks in this apartment in September and would surely recommend it."

"Era decisamente tutto ok. L'unico neo dell'abitazione è che non ha finestre, ma c'è una valida porta-finestra con grata e tendone, che si può lasciare aperta anche durante la notte. Il proprietario è molto gentile e l'ubicazione ottimale. Anche la soluzione per il parking è molto funzionale;"

"Appartamento in posizione centralissima all'interno della zona pedonale di Antibes. La spiaggia è a meno di 5 minuti a piedi così come il parcheggio convenzionato coperto all'interno del quale è possibile riservare un posto auto tramite il proprietario dell'appartamento. Il proprietario dell'appartamento è molto gentile e disponibile. L'unico aspetto "negativo" da segnalare è legato al fatto che l'appartamento ha una sola finestra (la porta finestra che funge da ingresso)."

"Newly refurbished apartment, and owner was extremely helpful and good to us. The only fault we found with this was that there was no natural light only from the front door and also no where to sit outside should we have liked too. It was good value and the location was ideal."

"Séjour trés agréable dans ce beau 2 pièces en plein coeur du vieil Antibes. Trés bien situé, rue trés calme, à quelques minutes à pieds des plages, des restaurants, des animations et des commerces...Un vrai bonheur ! Appartement trés bien agencé et confortable, idéal pour 4 personnes que je conseille vivement aux personnes souhaitant passer des vacances en toute tranquilité dans une jolie ville, sans nécessairement utiliser la voiture. (location du parking souterrain recommandé...car le tarif à l'heure des parkings les plus proches est assez élevé !) ------- Very pleasant stay in this beautiful 2 parts in full heart of old Antibes. Well located, very calm street, at a few minutes with feet of the beaches, the restaurants, animations and the trade... A true happiness! Well arranged and comfortable appartment, ideal for 4 people whom I highly advise with the people wishing to spend holidays in all tranquility in a pretty city, without necessarily using the car (hiring of the underground car park recommended... because the price per hour of the closest carparks is rather high!)"
