THE
HOUSE offers a 1,130 sqft (100 m2) 3 bedroom apartment composed of one
first
independent floor (2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom and an individual WC)
making it ideal for children and a nice wooden loft (on 3 levels, see
photo 5 & 8 )
starting on the 2nd floor with the kitchen opening to the lounge/living
room and a third bedroom (with a private shower room and WC), each room
lying on its own level. All the apartment is newly decorated and
furnished with care.

This bright
and sunny apartment (because of several roof
windows) has a cool temperature all year long even in summer
because of the air conditioning situated in the
loft area.
You will find :

equipped kitchen (see photos 1, 6, 13 & 14)
with modern and recent domestic appliances like fridge,
freezer, washing machine, dish washer, oven/grill, microwave,
hotplates, tumble dryer, coffee

3 double beds & 1 single bed (one is a bunk bed, ideal for children) and 2 shower/bathrooms, it comfortably
accommodates 6 people making ideal for families.
Everything
you can need
(shops, restaurants, pubs, museum, sandy beaches, yacht marina, etc.)
is very close at hands, just a few seconds from the apartment. So a car
is not needed ! (strongly recommended in summer because of less parking
free places).
Take
your time, feel relax and have fun. Please walk into authentic and
charming pedestrian streets, taste fresh food from the Provençal daily
market and enjoy your stay with your family.

the owner's description on Homelidays.com. The localisation could not
be better! (Our only remark would be that the mentioned air
conditioning did not cool the lowest level of the apartment - we stayed

you just have to walk around the corner to experience the best parts of
the town. The restaurants, the museums, the shops and the charming
